At Zepy, we respect the intellectual property rights of designers, creators, and copyright owners. We are committed to ensuring that every product we manufacture and sell complies with applicable copyright laws and licensing requirements.
We manufacture and sell products only from:
- Original 3D models designed and created by Zepy.
- Models for which Zepy has obtained valid commercial rights, including Creative Commons licenses that permit commercial use or commercial licenses obtained directly from the copyright owner.
Every product offered by Zepy is either an original creation or is manufactured under a license that permits commercial use. We strive to respect every designer’s work and comply with all applicable licensing requirements.
Creative Commons Licensing
Depending on the license of the original model, we comply with the following requirements.
CC0 (Public Domain)
Models released under the CC0 license are dedicated to the public domain. These models may be printed, modified, and sold commercially without attribution.
CC BY (Attribution)
Models released under the CC BY license may be printed, modified, and sold commercially. Where required, Zepy provides appropriate credit to the original designer in accordance with the license terms.
CC BY-SA (ShareAlike)
Models released under the CC BY-SA license may be printed, modified, and sold commercially. Where applicable, Zepy provides attribution to the original creator. If Zepy distributes a modified digital version of the model, that modified file will be released under the same CC BY-SA license as required by the license terms. This requirement does not apply solely to the sale of physical 3D printed products unless the modified digital file is also distributed.
CC BY-ND (NoDerivatives)
Models released under the CC BY-ND license may be printed and sold commercially provided the original digital design is not modified. Where required, Zepy provides appropriate attribution to the original designer.
Attribution
Where attribution is required under the applicable license, Zepy will provide appropriate credit to the original designer through one or more of the following methods:
- Product description on our website
- Product packaging
- Printed insert included with the order
- Other reasonable methods permitted by the applicable license
Copyright Compliance
Zepy does not knowingly manufacture or sell products that violate copyright, trademark, or licensing restrictions.
If we discover that a product has been uploaded, listed, or manufactured in violation of applicable intellectual property rights or license terms, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue its sale and remove it from our website.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any product listed on zepy.in infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL(s) of the product(s) in question
- Proof that you own or are authorized to represent the copyright
- A brief explanation of the alleged infringement
Disclaimer
Zepy makes reasonable efforts to verify that every commercially printed model is used in accordance with its applicable license. However, licensing information provided by third-party designers or hosting platforms may occasionally change or be inaccurate.
If any licensing issue is brought to our attention, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate corrective action, including modifying product listings or discontinuing sales where necessary.
